Durable Powers of Attorney
Do you want to choose who acts on your behalf in the event of a disabling personal event? Durable powers of attorney allow you to plan for future incapacity. A durable power of attorney authorizes another person (your agent) to make financial decisions on your behalf. Financial decisions can include transacting business, transferring real estate, or even just paying the bills.
Durable Powers of attorney are extremely useful estate planning tools, but must be used wisely. Your agent must be chosen with care and consideration.
