ERIN E. WIDEMAN is a partner of the law firm of Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico. Erin is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her law practice concentrates on taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business management and planning, business succession, disability planning and elder law. The law firm also provides legal services in fiduciary litigation. Erin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Mexico Estate Planning Council, and the American Association of Attorneys-CPAs. Erin’s professional experience as an accountant and business consultant is extensive, focusing in particular on the management of medical practices. Erin graduated from Indiana University in 1991 with a BS in Finance. She excelled academically and was elected to the Golden Key National Honor Society. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a volunteer at the Area 10 Agency on Aging. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2007, graduating Magna Cum Laude and a member of the Order of the Coif. She also received the Hugh B. Muir Award for Academic Excellence in Tax Law. While in law school, Erin was Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and clerked at the Australian law firm of Piper Alderman in Sydney, Australia. Erin is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and a member of the board of directors of the Barrett House Foundation, serving as Treasurer.
