Marcy advises clients on matters involving elder law, disability planning, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary litigation. She began her law practice in Colorado focusing on estate planning, probate, and elder and disability law. Upon her return to New Mexico, Marcy worked for the Senior Citizens Law Office, then pursued a litigation practice representing physicians and hospitals.
With her background in special education, Marcy is also well suited to understand and advocate for the needs of disabled clients. She worked as a special education teacher in the Albuquerque Public Schools and the Cherry Creek District in Denver from 1981 until 1989.
Marcy is married to Al Baysinger, who is a charter school assistant principal. They are the proud parents of two very busy, athletic teenagers.
