Nell’s practice concentrates on taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business succession, disability planning and elder law. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney as designated by the National Elder Law Foundation.
The recipient of much recognition from her peers, Nell has an AV rating from LexisNexus Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers for the last five years, and The Best Lawyers in America 2010 and 2011, and Madison’s Who’s Who for 2009. In addition to these great accomplishments, Nell is also a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
During law school, Nell garnered six American Jurisprudence awards and served as a Wolcott Fellow law clerk for the late Chief Justice Andrew D. Christie of the Delaware Supreme Court.
When she is not working or serving the community, Nell is an avid tennis player.
