Probate Administration

The legal process by which ownership of assets is transferred after a loved one passes is called Probate.  Probate Administration can include:

• Will validation to the Probate Court.
• Inventory of the deceased’s property.
• Determining the value of the deceased person's property.
• Debt and any taxes payments.
• Property distribution as the will or the law directs.
• Making sure attorney and court fees are paid from estate assets.
