Probate Administration
The legal process by which ownership of assets is transferred after a loved one passes is called Probate. Probate Administration can include:
- Will validation to the Probate Court.
- Inventory of the deceased’s property.
- Determining the value of the deceased person's property.
- Debt and any taxes payments.
- Property distribution as the will or the law directs.
- Making sure attorney and court fees are paid from estate assets.
